At CannabisVapeShop, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all sales of cannabis vape products, including disposable vapes, are final and non-returnable. We cannot accept returns for used or opened items for safety and health reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item. We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.

3. Refunds
Refunds are only provided in cases where:

  • The product was damaged during shipping.

  • The wrong product was shipped.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after verification. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

4. Shipping Issues
CannabisVapeShop is not responsible for lost packages once they are confirmed delivered by the shipping carrier. Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
